If the SOl has passed send him the SOl letter and tell him to go pound sand. Why would you do otherwise? You know the CA payed pennies on the dollar, and then added yet more interest. I would suggest, if you can, give the money to your favorite charity. The the CA the letter with a copy to the attorney. Certified/return receipt.
