I Need a Credit Report

I need a credit report for 1998, yes, 1998. I need to see the charge-off date because the CA's are sueing me and I have to appear in Court at the end of the month. I failed to answer anything that came in the mail from this CA because I thought it was a joke. The SOL in NY has run, 6 years. But when I sent them a letter asking them to validate, they didn't respond so I thought this matter was over with. I can remember exactly when I last paid the OC, it was January 13, 1998, because that was the date of my son was born. My ex says there were cancelled checks in storage. I found that cancelled check, it has the OC's stamp on the reverse side as being deposited by them on January 19, 1998. So I need a credit report to see exactly when this account was charged off. The 3 CRA's said they do not have my credit info for 1998. How do I prove this account is pass SOL without a chargeoff date. Any help would be appreciated
