Yeah, they may sue. Hannah is like any other CA/failed-lawyer wannabe. You can't call these cretins sleazebags without insulting the good name of sleazebags. Most important is that you sent him a Validation letter. He's not supposed to be calling. He's supposed to cease all -that means all - collection activity until properly validating. He's committed violations. Report these by phone, follow up in writing, to the FTC tomorrow morning. Send copy of complaint to Bar association and AG. He's the one in trouble.
