at least youre taking a new line of employment so me personally i respect that .. as my guess is that by know you realize that telemarketing jobs are mainly for retired people looking to kill time but mostly for kids 16 - 23 looking to make a few dollars after school or during summer months but as im sure you also now realize ALOT of "debt collectors" are people in the late 20's 30's 40's AND YES even older than that who've made scam telemarketing a 25 k per year full time CAREER , kinda pathetic , think thats called a loser in life at 35 calling people on the telephone & yelling 8 hrs per day , what kind of a normal human being can do that 50 + weeks a year ?!? just my opinion but i see NOTHING wrong with trying to collect on debts that are WITHIN a said states SOL but once its passed sol than honestly that debt collector becomes no better than a mugger in a dark alley attemptimg to take my money by gun or knife point becouse call a spade a spade a crook IS a crook no matter what pretty words are used to defend the crime .. of course people should pay their bills thats a no brainer but when SCAM TELEMARKETING companies pay 3 cents on the dollar to buy OLD "past" SOL debts well thats skating the law to attempt to con people that dont know the laws into paying bills that both the federal & states courts define as legally uncollectable debts , thats why there ARE state SOL .. just my opinion , kelly ....
