arbitration or not arbitration?

I used whychat's refusal to arbitrate letter(awesome letter), sent it crrr(still havent eceived green card back yet) about 10 days ago. NAF has set a date to arbitrate. Any ideas on if I should procede with it and the procedures like discovery. Since I asked for validation and only received about half my statements, I suppose they dont have any further statements. If so, I assume that is in my favor. Would appreciate any advise.
