lynn YES it will all come off your reports 7 yrs from origional deliquency date which will be of course 2004 - 7 yrs from 1997 , just becouse they were purchased by scam debt buyers means NOTHING to extend that date , it means NOTHING .. your in NC so legally do not own the money any longer because NC's statue of limitations is 3 yrs on credit card debts .. in my opinion id send away maybe in like december for all 3 of your credit reports as im sure if your dates are correct by dec 2004 those bad accounts will be long gone AND like i say you LEGALLY do not own a dime .. dont worry about negative replys becouse the facts are the facts & long as your dates are correct your fine :) , goodluck kel .......
