The law says creditors and CAs only have a certain amount of time to collect any debt. If you can't accomplish it in the amount of time per each state's statutes, then you lose. These SOLs are suppose to stop people like you from harrassing people until they die. The minute an account reaches the date that it is time barred, there is nothing you can do legally to collect the debt, and all the nasty attitude in the world isn't going to get someone that knows the law to pay you.
