Hi all, just an update.

I went to court today in ref to an old(past SOL) Providan account now owned by our biggest friend, A$$hole Acceptance LLC.

My hearing was for the Plaintiff to amend its claim, they wanted to add an additional Mont. Wards acct. to their claim.

Anyways I, much like "you all" (Ross Perot quote) was deathly afraid of "Superior Court" as I have never been to court b4. Couldn't have been easier!!!

Just followed WhyChat's instructions as far as SOL defenses, took a Valium, and went into the courtroom. I quickly realized that all my preconceived notions were wrong, and EVERYTHING I read here is gospel truth! The (very high dollar, I know his history) attorney was completely unprepared for the hearing, hadnt even read the complaint! And the judge, after I explained that I was nervous and a courtroom virgin, was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding. Just be professional, they really understand if you are POLITE and DRESS NICE!!!

What I'm attemting to get at here is: GO TO COURT!!! Fight these scumbag CA's! Dont be intimidated by court or them! WhyChat and everyone here is absolutely correct. CA attorneys are expecting nothing more than defaults and will cower in fear the first time you stand up to them and fight their claim.

You can do it! I did, and it doesnt take a law degree, just be prepared and dont be afraid to ask for help.

Thanks all, and lets keep kickin the collective asses of these sub-humans.........a.k.a......CA's
