Figuring out SOL from credit report

I have several accounts, mostly credit cards and Rooms to Go that I have not paid on in over two years. Most of the credit cards show charged off but have a CO date of only two or three months ago. I can't figure out from the credit report when they first became past due to try and determine when the SOL began running. Rooms to Go has not been paid in over two years but is not showing as being CO? I have only looked at Experian copy so far. Any advice as to how I can find out when I first became past due?
