im sure if you can find someone willing to py your debt you can sell it to them and they then they can pay........it is perfectly legal for a compny to sell debt to a oca....its just another way debtors use to try and get out of paying a bill THEY CREATED...i mean how do you live with yourself going into a store buying things on credit and then not paying for it? what is the difference between that and stealing?
