If your accounts are charged off and passed the SOL, DON'T GIVE THEM A NICKEL. Paying a CA does absolutely nothing for your CR. Everything associated with the account will drop off after 7 years. You can easily dispute anything that does not fall off as obsolete.

Don't get yourself involved with debt repayment scheme. They will take your money. Do a search on credit consolidation. Many horror stories associated with them types of companies.
