I just bought a house and most likely you will have to pay the Charge Off's. Your FICO is good, what are the terms of the loan (how many years and what % down)
Remember there are closing costs too, if paying these depleates your money for closing costs. You are looking at roughly $2500 for these debts, I would call and seek a settlement offer, they are already charged off.
