I was just at my hairstylist, we were talking about buying real estate. She tild me her FICO is 901! I have never heard of such! She said she pays all of her cards off every month which all have high limits. The one with the highest (she didn't say how much) is the only one she carries a balance on. I didn't get any specifics about what kind of cards, etc. When she went to get qualified for a mortagage loan, the bank rep almost feel out of his seat when he saw her FICO. This seems almost impossible, especially for someone who is self-employed with fluctuating income. Comments?
