Opt Out
Delete old addresses
Send the CA the SOL letter from my website.
File a complaint with the FTC and your and the CA's State Attorney General's office for violations of the FDCPA and FCRA.
Send copies of your filed reports and the follow up letter to the CRA to TU and tell them that if they continue to refuse to delete this fraudlent account you will ammend your complaint to the FTC and your State AG office to include them for their non compliance.
