My scores started going up as soon as some TL's on my CR were showing IIB and we're talking in less than a month. I filed Ch7 in March and I've had my days where I regretted it but there is no place to go but up from here.

Some earlier responses talked about whether or not BK effects your credit for the whole 10 years. My atty told me that the BK will affect me the most the first 3 years. Come year #5, he said nobody cares anymore.
