If you were in Tx when the debts were incurred it is pointless to dispute any addresses.

Ordinarily, I would tell you to dispute all your old accounts that are over 4 years old, however, if what you are saying is as it is being reported, the Associates account should not be on your report at all.

With an account from Discover only 2 years old, ( and Discover is quick to sue) and NO way of disputing off accounts that are 4-6 years old, without alerting them, I am going to suggest you do NOTHING for 2 years until you are safely past being sued by Discover.

Even IF you were to dispute off some of these accounts, they would just be reinserted as soon as you applied for anything new.

Quite candidly, and please do not be offended, but, the best thing for you is to NOT have any new credit until EVERYTHING is aged off your reports,or at least past SOL.

Once that happens, in another 2 years, if you have opted out for the 2 years, you will be able to start disputing anything that is left safely, and start getting some decent offers for new credit.
