This sounds like a scam. Scare tactic. The debt is 7 years old, so it should be passed the SOL. You say the debt is years old, when was the last time you paid circuit city before the account became deliquent. What state are you in? DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING. Give us more info and you will get help here.
