In New York,SOL for written and credit card and all accounts is pretty straightforward, six years. Written contracts have set installments with specific time periods. Written contracts cover installment contracts etc. Open ended contracts involve revolving credit where the interest rate, the amount of payment and the balance and limit can vary. Credit cards are open ended contracts.
