Paying Arbitration Award?

My husband had Wolpoff and Abramson file an arbitration against him and they were to be awarded a certain amount.

How do we go about paying this amount now?

What happens if we don't pay it? Can they garnish hubbys wages? And if so how much can they garnish in Texas and is it from net or gross income?
