I am helping my brother in law deal with this company.
They are calling him and his wife at thier jobs on a daily basis. I told him to get thier address and fax them a cease & desist and they wouldn't even give him that. The supervisor told him that the only information that needs to be shared is his banking or check information for a payment. This debt is from 12 years ago!!! I saw the badbusiness report and came to this site. Can anyone help?
