They got one of those hilarious sections where you can go to make an offer to pay your debt with a credit card.

H&K are too lazy to talk to you so they just expect you to go to their site, make an offer, pay with the card and leave them alone.

I am betting they also use all the standard threat letters, recorded call machines and if they ever need to use a live person they probably have a few law school dropouts to make calls.
