I know how you feel, when I finally spoke to one in PA told her c & d had already been sent and she quit calling or at least showing up on caller id. After that I think they became unknown name and #. Good luck.
Anyway on the bbb site gives fax # as 702-320-4560. If they don't c&d you could also file complaint on the bbb site.
