Okay well you all know me as Sky. I didn't want to use that name because you all might not want to reply to my post.
Once again the ccs company has screwed us. We are once again not able to get a home equity line of credit because the ccs on my husband's credit report looks like a pre bankruptcy negative. We have to wait for a year for the negative to go away. They tried everything to get around it even by trying to put it on my credit because mine is perfect, but they can't cause I don't make enough money. Other than that really really negative thing on my husband's credit, everything else is perfect. PERFECT I say. The very nice person from the mortgage company told us that it would have been better to have not paid the credit card at all and it would have looked better. I want to SQUASH the ccs company and I want them to pay for what they have caused for us. The ccs company flat out lied when they told my husband that it would not affect his credit. Any one know of a fair debt lawyer in Michigan that will help us? And who will not charge us unless we get money out of the deal?

By the way if something doesn't change I think I will pack my husband and my son up and move to Canada.
