Wow! Ignorance truly is bliss. Telling ppl to go into bankruptcy. What the hell... thats the worst possible thing you can do to yourself! Buckle up tight, grin and bear whatever... don't let yourself go into something like that. And further, theres a good chance that $15k would disappear if you filed bankruptcy.
