Just because you're in TX doesn't mean they can't touch you ! Its not as easy, but believe me, if they want you, they will get you. I know a guy who runs his own judgment enforcment business in TX and you would be sorry if this guy got his hands on a judgment against you. He once found a herd of cattle a judgment debtor was hiding in an old mine somewhere - HUGE asset, and the guy claimed he had no assets -- WRONG !

While you may be one of the reasonable collectors for RMA, there are plenty of horror stories relating the opposite. The fact is, here you don't hear about the ones that AREN'T breaking the laws, so yes, you're going to read a lot of angry frustrated posts about collectors. I wish I could get my hands on the dirtbag collector for WFFNB who literally suggested that I find a street corner to 'do business on' to pay a debt !! I hope that ADUB got fired for that one !
