Why Chat if your reading this, I'm working on a new medical CA stratagy. Since your the expert I thought I'd ask you. Now then for a HCP/CA to be HIPAA compliant there must be some sort of business agreement between the two correct? Also does their have to be a business agreement between the CRA and the CA as well? Have you ever tried to get the business agreement from a HCP?
