If you really must do it this way you should at least get all the info you can. I was considering BK and went to Amazon.com and bought a great book called "How to File for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy" by Nolo press. Its about $25.00. At the very least it gives you alot of the step by step and can act as an additional source of info and ideas.

If you do buy the book be sure to get the latest which is the 11th edition (May 1, 2004).
