I still have open credit card accounts I can use even with 2 charge-offs totally $20,000. The only thing the open accounts did was lessen how much my limit is. Like one went from $2,000 to $250, and one from $1,000 credit line to $450. I don't care it went down as long as they remain open so I have some good credit on my report.
