I think you are reading something wrong. What did you read. I am not an expert by any means, but once the SOL starts, it can not change unless you bring the account current. There is an e-mail address at the bottom of the page here with WHY CHAT'S e-mail address. Try e-mailing him. He does answer e-mail. The reason CAs win judgements is because people don't show up in court/and or answer the summons. They get default judgements. If the consumer shows up to defend, they actually do not win. When you e-mail WHY CHAT put in your subject line "Cardreport Froum, as he deletes ALL e-mail that say Help as the subject or Hi.

Almost ALL of my replies to AOL users are returned undeliverable.
