About your income. I had to give them IRS returns for two years. I think that would be the best source of income info. No, they will not freeze your accounts. Actually, filing bk stops all litigation. Creditors meeting for me was quick and easy, as it seemed to be for everyone else there that day.

Just relax and answer questions honestly. Really nothing to be worried about, and yes, I was worried about it too. I worried for nothing.
