The REV is into that sort of thing. Like I said I'm not a redemption Strawman type. My way of thinking is Validation or if they still hound you then Honor the presentment they send to you, send back your counter offer with legal tender then you are in control of the contract and they must make the next move. Here's some information that I got from a man that is very knowledgable in helping people with their debt problems. This is a quote from his email to me this morning.

"I have a fellow in Florida who has sent all his contracts and copies of the money orders to the court and when the TPDC sent in a request for default summary judgment the clerk of court accepted the motion, however, did not place it on the docket. They recognized the “HONOR” and for the past 4 months nothing has happened in court. The issue is mute at this point. In fact the same person has two civil suits one for MBNA & another for CITIBANK and the payments with money orders has stopped them cold. The UCC is very powerful and useful and the TPDC don’t really know this stuff and have no way out."
