Having massive anxiety attacks today...need advice

I am having moments of temporary insanity and massive anxiety attacks today...need reassurance...I'm so afraid some of these CA's will try to freeze my husband's bank account even though my name is not on it at all and he was not on any of my cards except for Sears as an authorized user. I live in Tennessee.I have decided that if any of these jerks seriously try to come after me , I'll just file an individual bankruptcy. I have nothing of my own...My husband's truck is in his name and my pitiful car is his also...can they take his vehicles if the bankruptcy is mine only? Tennessee IS NOT a community property state..thank the lord!
