Well, I didn't know the letter existed. However, I still feel that ignoring them is the best way to go because if you do anything to show that they are bothering you, they will continue, that's just my opinion. One CA did call neighbors after I changed my phone number, but in my case, I didn't give a hoot. First of they knew the circumstances and 2nd of all, who in life doesn't or hasn't had problems. Around here it's just not a big deal. They gave up pretty quick on me. All but on refussed to take a message too. The one that did give me the message looked very uncomfortable about it. I did not call them, don't know if they called that neighbor back again, he never said.
