WhyChat help with Summons

I have a Civil Summons I need to answer from Sherman Acquisitons. In the complaint is says it is for a Sears, Roebuck, and Co. account with no account number listed. This is not on my credit report and I have only had one Sears account and it is current. On the affidavit, it has no name of the account, but a valid Bank of America number that was charged off and sold to Sherman. I feel that they are trying to pull something. The debt is for $7100. Can you give me some insight on what I should do? My days are running out. Thanks
