The State laws that cover SOL also cover business credit card defaults. The only thing you MAY not have is the ability to validate and dispute in the same manner as on a consumer account.

In general, if you have signed personally for a card with your SS # it will go on your personal credit report once it defaults. If it was a Corp. card with a Corp. #, it MAY not appear on your personal reports, if it does, you can dispute it off.

You can of course, still be sued as an Officer of the Corp. and sued personally if you signed personal responsibility in addition to the Corp. signature. You need to read your application contract VERY carefully.
