not exactly sure which credit reporting company it is i wanna say the company from atlanta ga but on that report it'll show date of your last payment & thats the easiest report to understand .. i have 1 account from MBNA in 1998 on all 3 of my reports & that 1 damn account has been sold or transfered to like 3 different collection companies in 6 yrs now & on my 1 experian report it looks like the chargeoff was from 2003 , now i called & according to the people from experian becouse on the other tradeline it say origional creditor MBNA 1998 all negatives will in fact drop off the report period about may 1998 .. me personally im not gonna make a big deal about it just YET only becouse it comes off this may 2005 so i'll wait the 9 months before i argue w them .. if i were you id send away for all 3 of your reports & see whats what .. kelly .......
