I had to work with losers like you. The kind that violate FDCPA, pull the "telephone tough-guy", pretend to be attornies, threaten legal action when you know for a fact all the agency will do is close the account so it could be reassigned or sold. To the rest here, no worries. Change is really on the way. Congress is aware. People really exist in this industry that want that change. Companies cannot keep good people like me because we have to sit in a cubicle next to scums like that spending half their day selling drugs to other trash in the office and letting it slip they own guns to intimidate us into silence. I cannot wait. FDCPA is federal law, and the country continues to learn what that truly means. I'll bet that jerk couldn't even write out the mini-miranda. Keep fighting the good fight. It is totally unacceptable that for now it is ok for agencies and debt buyers to pursue debts out of statute! If you don't sue it by then, forget about it.
