I am not sure what you are asking.
If you received a request for disclosures from the Court as to your assets etc. AFTER a judgment was entered, then yes, you must answer, or be in contempt of Court.

If, however, you received interogatories from someone suing you after you had filed an answer and before any hearing, it depends on what they are. You can admit to what you know is true (like your name and address), deny what is not true, and say you have no knowledge of everything else.
