Before you do ANYTHING:
Get each of your credit reports individually, preferably by snail mail- the "3 in 1" reports are next to worthless for cleaning up your credit.

Opt Out
Dispute to the CRA's (on line once you have an individual report #) any obvious errors, accounts that are not yours etc.
IF the accounts are verified, THEN you can send the SOL letter to any credit card accounts that are over 3 years old.( at that point you will have the verified reporting address)
On any medical accounts that you have disputed AND have been verified, you send the ORIGINAL HEALTH CARE PROVIDER, ( not the CA) the HIPAA letter from my website.
I doubt VERY much that any old ambulance bill for your mother WILL be verified, however IF it is, use insert "c" in the HIPAA letter.

You should have the mess cleaned up in a few months.
