The debt is a little over 4 months old. I have
been making small payments. Providian has hired
ICSystems to collect, or has sold them the acct.
The last rep assures she will get her money one
way or another, and that she will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Whats worse is

rate, I would have to pay over 600 to even catch
up, and next month I would be right back where I
started. Do you recommend taping conversations?
