Another question about these Asses!! I sent validation, got no response months ago come to find out they have passed it on to another CA is that a violation?? it is still within SOl the other only one I have as Charge off is past SOL with Providian. 1 down 1 to go. next start on DH charge offs which is my fault entirely to begin with,I robbbed Peter to pay Paul when Job loss and small Home business went caput, but we tried to pay pay and they just kept on and on with charges so we stopped paying altogether, sometimes I cannot face thinking of how I ruined my DH good credit at our age we cannot get it back.
