She started out being a real pain in the butt, but has changed her attitude, so I think, if anything, we should try to show her that we are just nice human beings who have had a sprint of bad luck in the past.

Remember, she has been "educated" to think like a collector. Hopefully the CA roots didn't take since she was only a collector for a little while.
