The Trustee isn't going to care much about your income, BK is not really about your income - for the most part. Its about debt and disposable income - what you have left after all necessary expenses are paid that makes the difference. If you have nothing left over to pay creditors, then you'll get your Ch 7.

You really have little to worry about, so don't stress out over it :)
