You don't have to worry about your horses and ponies. The guy with the cattle he was hiding used them to make a living, selling them earned him profits, they were beef cattle. You don't sell your horses to make a profit, they're pets. While they may technically be assets because they have some meager cash value, you don't make a profit from them. Now, if you had a grandson of Secretariat in your barn that you were hiring out for stud service, THEN you'd have a problem ;)
