credit cards are concidered OPEN accounts & according to suzeorman.com the SOL in NJ is 6 years .. MOST collection companies will try to bulls#*t people by trying to con them into thinking credit cards are written accounts becouse in most states the SOL is longer on written vs open but despite all the garbage debt collection people TRY to claim once again credit cards are 100 % open accounts .. goodluck , kelly ........
