"Suzeorman" and almost ALL the various websites have incorrect SOL dates for open end credit card accounts for NJ, ( as well as RI,Alaska and several other States).

If you go to my website, and look at EACH State's individual link, you will find the specific statute that I use in posting SOL.

When there is a BIG discrepancy in the "public" websites information, and what I have posted, I make sure that I not only post the correct statute, but in many cases give the REASON why I have done so.

Public sites like Suze Orman and all the other's copy from each other and merely duplicate errors.

The key is in understanding that credit card accounts are open-end accounts, not with fixed terms.

For any legal/technical references, go to my link "How To Answer A Lawsuit", I have posted there the legal reasons and case law as to why a credit card account CAN NOT be classified as a closed end written contract.
