NOPE, the SOL is the state where she resides NOW. She can be sued in either the state where she obtained the cards, or the state where she currently resides. However, if they sued in Florida and got a judgement there, they have to take additional legal steps to execute in Ohio. That's a lot of legal fees on something that they don't know they can collect on. Don't forget, 80% of judgements go unpaid.

In her case, she is passed the SOL in both states anyway.
