I have one more thought. Maybe this is a scare tactic. A lot of people get nervous and pay if they think they are being sued. If they sue in Indiana, then the judgement would have to be perfected and domesticated. That's costly for them. 80% judgements go uncollected. So, unless they KNOW you have assets that they can seize, I wouldn't think they would take it that far. Just my 2 cents. Your home is protected in Florida, and they can not garnish if you are head of household. You might want to protect your banking info NOW. If you have money in an account, move it to a safe place.
