JKelly said "If a judgement is obtained in a different state, it can not be enforced against a debtor in their resident state, unless the judgement is "perfected" (certified by that State as being correct)and "domesticated"(refiled as a foregin judgment in the resident State)." I was thinking that maybe MCM is trying to get around the need to be licensed and bonded in Florida by acquiring a judgement against me in Indiana and having it perfected in Florida. Just a thought. I wonder if that would work for those sneeky SOB's. Also, as far as being judgement proof. I don't own a home (I would like to some day), I have no money to speak of in any acct., No stocks, investments, etc. The only thing I own is a car worth 3000 dollars and a few pieces of furniture.
