I am looking to settle with Sherman (I know I shouldnt), but I have been sued and have filed appearance and answer and belong in court in August. When you settle with a CA what should you be asking for or demand in return. If I get a judgement I will go BK but if I can settle for 50%, ( I know I can as I will threaten BK), what else should I ask for.
I was thinking dismissal, deletion, and zero balance are what I want. Am I missing anything. The debt is recent and well within the statue. I know these f***ers bought this for 3 cents on the dollar, but since I threw a lot of borrowed money to settle other debts last year I dont want to waste that now and file Bk.
Would like to get a mortgage soon to, and know I need to have all these trademarks zeroed out. Please any suggestions are needed! This board rocks.
